Nicole is a pre-licensed counselor (and dog lover) who received her Master’s Degree from Immaculata University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. While at Immaculata, she served as president of the Chi Sigma Iota International Counseling Honor Society.
Before joining Animal-Assisted Therapy, Nicole interned and worked at Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Philadelphia, where she served individuals with a variety of eating disorders as well as other co-occurring mental health concerns.
She has also worked as support staff in special education with students with various developmental, behavioral, and mental disorders, as well as direct care with adults suffering from traumatic brain injuries. She enjoys playing with her fluffy Bernedoodle Bam Bam and Shepherd mix Gracie.
